Hello, my name is Matt, I’m the head grower at Colab Farms and can’t wait for you to try our produce! I began farming on the Oregon coast 14 years ago thru the WWOOF (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farma) organization and have been in love with growing food ever since. Originally from New York, I moved to Jupiter in 2012 and immediately started an ever expanding garden. By 2016 I was ready to grow full time and found an opportunity to do so with Ground Floor Farm, a small urban farm in the heart of Stuart that eventually grew into its own restaurant. Ground Floor Farm was then purchased in 2019 to become Colab Farms, giving us access to a state of the art greenhouse with a variety of different hydroponic growing methods.

We grow hydroponically using only OMRI approved amendments. We go out of our way to source the best cultivars we can find from an array of high quality seed producers and then let our South Florida sunshine do the rest.
