Mimmo's Mozzarella was born 10 years ago in Miami. In the beginning, the owner, Bruno Ponce, started by making fresh mozzarella at home. After a few months, he moved into a storage room where he continued to do the artisan work with great dedication. In 2012, he installed his factory in North Miami, where he continues to produce every day.

Like the first day, each burrata or aged cheese contains the passion, dedication and perseverance of artisan production by Bruno.

We manufacture Fresh Mozzarella and our cheese are Handmade daily. Our products are our passion. Whether it is a soft, luscious bite of our Burrata, a fresh Caprese Salad with our Fior di Latte or the oozing and mouth-watering goodness of melted mozzarella on a toasted Panini. Just one bite and You will be hooked for life!
